You can't do that on my tool, however in my tutorial you can configure the inputs for Wiimote, Nunchuk or Classic Controller.

Such a neat idea and programm. I developed a few as2.0 flash games back in the days and I was so excited when I found this thread, even started thinking to make a new game exclusively for wiiware, but I guess it will wait. Tried to inject my game but had no luck, just a black screen and my wii just softlocks. By the way, is there still a possibility that I may brick my console? Dolphin emulator does't do the job too, just a black screen. I used "Tetris N-Blox - TNBE" as my input game (which is a flash game injected to wad), which works on emulator. I also tried some preinjected wads from mariocube and they doesn't boot on my emulator nor wii.

I don't know, I disabled my stock anty-virus, there's no spaces in the flash file's name, ID is all capitals, both letters and numbers, I just don't know what else I missed. Maybe it's due to file size which is more than 5 MBs, I just don't know. Any ideas, wht else I may try?

Was thinking to ask someone else to inject the file for me, though it might not work, since other preinjected files didn't worked for me. Sigh.

Have you tried using the Flash Placeholder WADs (made by @Larsenv, avaliable for NTSC and PAL) from MarioCube?

Yeah, I've read the tutorial you mentioned, so I guess bricking the console is still possible, I will use mentioned protection methods then.
What I noticed about the SWF injection - seems like on wii SWFs are squeezed horizontaly, maybe due to bigger initial resolution of my game. Will try to change it later. Also some of my games uses external files in order to not store everything in one SWF, seems like it won't work there. And now in-game saves are in question. On AS2.0 you can save in cache, I'll see if it will work there.

AS3 isn't really supported on Wii since AS3 has huge improvements (3D rendering, more complicated animations, etc.)

It will be impossible since Nintendo was the responsibly of supporting Flash content on Wii (on Back to Nature (PAL), BBC iPlayer (PAL), YouTube, Netflix and Hulu Plus for Wii), unless an (really interested) developer for PPC (PowerPC) will port or make a Flash SWF player / Flash SWF Game Player for Wii which runs at a decent speed both AS2 and AS3.

Is there a way to "reproduce" the Flash game on WAD?
What i mean is, i injected a game that works perfectly fine, but there is an issue. In order to play it on SWF i must "reproduce" the file (press ctrl+p). Is there a way to make this on the WAD? since, without this, i'm stuck in the menu without much i can do.

MarioCube has a few Flash Game WAD injects (google it).
My repo has also this, but again google for them (i won't put links to them due to rules)
