    @Mic_128: According to what i have read, I think you don't really need to update to 4.0. Maybe you can just download and Install IOS53 and your System IOS (3.2-IOS30, 4.0/4.1= IOS60, 4.2=IOS70) using DOP-IOS and pop in the "FIXED" version of the NSMB. Please correct me if i am wrong.. *EDIT...

    Hmn... then thats probably not targetting Wii only. I think they are just monitoring your internet usage. And it just happens to be a Wii game hence from nintendo. If at that time, you were downloading a movie, then i guess the complaint will be from WARNER BROS?

    There is so many threads asking about this already. But well, if i am not wrong Latest is cIOS 13b. Stable is cIOS 10. Indepth explanation as to why, please do a search. I am 101% sure someone already explained this before but it has got to do with 002 error fix or something along that line...

    Yes. Switching the USB port will work. If i am not wrong, since cIOS rev11 onwards, you need to use the bottom slot for your USB HDD. I had this problem yesterday and i solved it by plugging my HDD in the bottom USB slot instead. I upgraded from cIOS rev9 to cIOS rev13b.
