All working, though I did just pick up another small bug. When starting the latest (V14?) build I didn't have my USB drive in, I got an "error 11":
15270553.jpg

I think this is just because it was looking for a drive letter that wasn't present..?

Extracting, Deleting is all good. Nearly fixed all the spelling (the title bar for the renamer still has the word 'title' spelled "titel") too.
Very nice work.

so late again
Thank you nIxx. I really appreciate the work, have a good sleep.
This is what I was talking about and I've got a suggestion for the red warning text that is worded a little better. Just a suggestion though, your text reads as if a non native English speaker wrote it

Hope it is helpful and if I can offer help with any other aspect of this just let me know.

Nice work,

I just wish someone would now work on fixing WBFS so it has better support with drives with multiple partitions.
Just use the cygwin version compiled by_JL_.
It works well with multiple partitions because you specify the drive and partition number instead of a drive letter.
Can you show me, where I can find this? I searched for it but with no success...

I already tried several of these wbfs-tools for Windows but all with the same error: "could not open drive: no error". So I assumed, that the error had something to do with the formation on the Wii and I`ve decided to reformat it to ntsf and use the wbfs_win to formate it on Windows but I still get the same error. So it has to be a problem with the recognition of the partition.

Would be really great. if you could direct me to that tool, so I could try it

You can get the cygwin version by _JL_ from here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LA3GN6LZ

It has slightly different usage than gibber's one.

You initialise the drive with:
wbfs -d x -p y init
Where x is the drive number and y is the partition number.
You can find the drive an partition numbers from Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

Once the drive is initialised, you can list contents, add, remove and extract:
wbfs ls
wbfs add game.iso
wbfs rm GAMEID
wbfs extract GAMEID

I would love to see a GUI made for this version.

i can't find a way to delete a specific game from the list, it always deletes the one at the top of the list. i've tried clicking the game, game id, and the arrow next to that. otherwise, thanks.

By far the best GUI i've seen especially with the built-in Iso Title renamer.
Unfortunately the delete function doesn't work properly for me either, it only delets the first title on the list

Great work nIxx, this is definitely my GUI of choice.

Couple of requests if possible:

1) Ability to change the size of the ISO, and HD list windows (So I don't have to keep scrolling)
2) Ability to organize the games Alphabetically after loading a new game. The new game always goes to the bottom of the list.
3) Ability to extract games in a directory other than the wbfstool directory.

Cheers,

the only thing which makes me use a differrent tool to this is...

being able to resize the window.

and...

being able to rename titles that are on the wbfs drive, instead of the extract and rename technique.

add them features, and this will be the best tool.
