I never worked on characters' voices but afaik there are already several codes to modify the pitch, the speed etc.

Hello there. I watched the video about the software that allows players to modify Mario Kart 7. Can you update it so I can have the customization and ability to desirably disable items (such as Spiny Shell, Lightning, and Fire Flower) that are used by CPU-controlled players? It is only for single-player offline use. Can I get permission from Nintendo to modify that game by using the piece of software? Is this even legal?
