Hacking Waninkoko's CIOS 16 has been released!

I dunno if it's because all the people that speak Spanish are at "Noche Buena" parties (Christmas Eve), which is where I should be myself, but Waninkoko's Cios 38 Rev 16 has been released. [Hope I wrote up everything properly, if not flame away, i can take it]

Turns out, I didn't see the thread in backup loaders, just assumed since the rev15 thread was here a rev16 thread would be too. Original thread is here in backup loaders, http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=198591.

Aha, I just searched in this forum, didn't think of checking backup loaders, what should I do, just delete the thread?
