yes, you could also send me the first 128kb of your slc
I currently don't have the heat sink and fan on, and I can't dump the SLC.RAW (assuming that's what I need to dump) before the Wii U shuts down because it's overheating. The reason they're not on right now is because I might snap all the solder wires installing it in the process.

Why did you even remove the heatsink? Normally the Pad holds it on , even without the screws.
When I defuse I always fix the wires wires with capton tape, so nothing rips of when handleing the console.

Also connect the fan maybe prshhax isn't working because boot1 notices the fan isn't running or something like that

To add to what SDIO said: Also maybe just let the fan blow over the CPU without the heat sink. Might still produce a lot of heat but with a bit of luck it will be enough airflow to keep it below critical temp.

Just want to share my experience with the heatsink. It fell off easily after taking off the bottom shielding, however the thermal pad looked pretty worn out and about 30% of it is stuck to the heatsink and the rest is stuck to the processor. When I turn on the console I leave the heatsink on and have the system fan blowing on it. I will be applying a new thermal pad when I'm ready to put the console back together.

You can also use thermal paste instead of a pad. The thickness isn't required. Did that to one of my consoles.

First flash the zero boot1 to the slccmpt boot1, so it won't interfere.
Flash the crypto dump boot1 to your SD card and insert the SD into the Wii U

Then boot the console without defuse (don't supply power to the pico). Give the Wii U a few seconds on the static blue LED.
Then while the Wii U is running plug the Pico in, so it gets power. The Pico should reset and defuse the Wii U, you should see the LED puple flashing for a moment, then static purple and then orange blinking. Then remove the SD and you should hopefully have a crypto.dmp on the SD.

Send me the crypto.dmp and then I can try to find the key in there for the SLC.RAW you sent me. If I find the SLC HMAC key, we can use that to install isfshax, which would then allow us to dump the otp.
