Hacking WiiFrii 2.0 - Wii Full Region Free

I noticed the jap region code problem too maybe its just a stupid bug. As for the compressed screen problem, maybe its just my tv or maybe i just need to get component cables xD. Also if you have jap and us channels or have 3 news kai 3 forecast channels in total? Cool!

I have a magical key
but how do I phrase it?
"common key"=hex:aa,bb,cc etc
or just hex:aa,bb,cc etc
or just aa,bb,cc etc
??

left the hex:, you just need to type the key like : hex:aa,bb,cc,dd,ee,ff,xx,lol

in a new text file, save as common-key, without a file extension... and thats it

must be the wrong number then... wiifrii keeps coming up- or shall i say visual studio keeps gettying me to de-bug the program... i'll try a different game...

tested wiifrii 2.2 => game are in jap after using it i must use region frii to convert it in pal.

tried the 2.2 version with trauma center new blood and the pinball game. i selected the convert from ntsc-u to pal and then the option 1 for video modes.
when it tries to write back the main.dol file i get a window exception that this program tries to use dll space that is allocated for windows dll only so it is crashing p win xp pro btw if that makes any difference

will try it on my linux box later.

If a game wasn't working before, try now.

trying it on the windows box again with trauma center new blood. so far it has not crashed but it is taking some time (like 5 mins so far) at the writing the main.dol back stage

Only takes a few seconds here.
I can only get Trauma Center New Blood to work in 576i though, and even then it's not playable because the screen gets very compressed and messes up the game.

Still a great ap though, nice work. =)

ya it did not work for me either. took like 35 mins and i can only see it is loaded in the disk channel and when i click start it is a black screen

so i guess its not working on trauma center.

tried it with pro evo soccer2008. and it is crashing a bit after you select the conversion from ntsc to pal.

Shin Chan still don't work

But it looks like that the game wants to boot.
Maybe it use a special japanese font.

Edit: Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes Double Pack doesn't work, too

Testet all modes with japanese settings and without language change.
The game boots on us wiis and with freeloader.

soo ya pro evo soccer was not working so i did the whole trucha, vmc, regionfrii thingy and now it runs fine on pal.

wiifrii crashed just after i loaded the pro evo iso and selected the patching to pal from ntsc.

I can only get Trauma Center New Blood to work in 576i though, and even then it's not playable because the screen gets very compressed and messes up the game.

I have the exact same problem with new blood, only 576i will work on my pal wii and it will still be very compressed. With freeloader it will work on any mode and will still be a bit compressed but playable. Have you tried 480p?

Tried to patch Warioware PAL to ntsc-j (option f)
chose auto
then Lang = eng.

black screen when i try to run it. Previously had that problem with mercury meltdown revolution which wiifrii seemed to have fixed. However not so with Warioware
