Yes. New 3DS exclusives, Mode 3 games (Smash, Pokémon, Monster Hunter) and some other later releases (e.g. Samus Returns) even have that enabled by default on stock firmware.

Anyone have an updated E.X. Troopers (English Patch 1.0.2) 60 FPS mod? Tried to use the codes available, but neither of them worked, to my knowledge.

Seconding this, why are these patches even dependent on the version number anyway? seems like an oversight

Any chance for both a 60fps and 30fps code for Fantasy Life EUR? The USA codes don't seem to work for EUR, unfortunately.
