I was wondering if there was an app that could do this.
I don't have a way of connecting my microSD to my PC, so using a Slot-2 is out of the questiong... for now.

Well from your flash cart I would suggest DSFTP (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1827)

If it's off an actual game card, follow this guide:
http://www.monroeworld.com/myfaq/index.php...&artlang=en (the guide is for dumping a game but it can also backup saves)
