I was gonna make a post on why when I use Dop-IOS and update IOS 61 to latest version does it make HBC upside down, thanks for the guide!

Thanks this fixed it for me.

My wireless network connectivity has become awful.
HBC connects fine, but ftpii and snes9x only connect 1 time out of 10.

I just updated to 4.2, which caused the upside-down HBC, unsure if related.

Could this be due to older cIOS revisions? Was consistently working 100% before.

IOS61 is not used by any games (only shop channel) so it is by far the BEST one to have HBC installed under.

So is this going to mess up Shop Channel?

Is there even any advantage to updating HBC to 1.0.5? I could just leave it at 1.0.3 and not have it flip upside down, but I haven't found any notes saying what the updates are providing.

Do you read Hackmii ? That shows the changelog for everything.

I applied all advices here, but I couldn't figure how to select NO When asked to "Apply sig hash check?"... I'm still upside down.

Firmware 4.2U (waninkoko updated from 4.1 also from waninkoko)

If you have the "no vulnerable IOS" problem but don't have cIOSCorp installed, do everything except step 6 (with the cIOScorp extras installer)
To fix your upside down HBC, do step 1 and step 3, then exit dopIOSmod.

Needed:
DopIOS-Mod
HackMii Installer 0.5
the cIOSCorp 3.4 extras installer with the extras wads

Method:
1) Run dopIOSMod. Choose to use IOS249.
2) Choose to install IOS36 v1042.
3) Choose to install IOS61 v4890. IMPORTANT: When asked to "Apply sig hash check?" choose NO.
4) Exit dopIOSMod, run Hackmii installer.
5) Choose to install what you want, exit, run HBC.
6) Run the cIOSCorp3.4 extras installer, install the cIOS36 you want, exit.
7) WIN !
8) profit ?

Why must IOS36 v1042be installed? Can't a higher build be used? Anyway, I suppose only IOS61 is causing the upside down HBC when sig hash check is applied..

I cant get dop ios to work it just goes to a black screen and pimp my wii dosnt do anything all was fine untill i used pimp my wii and how do i un coppy my nad or something like that
