I know that parental controls can just be disabled using homebrew applications, but I'm curious in what exactly changed in the key generation algorithm, as tools like salthax just won't work past a certain HorizonOS, even with the correct device ID dumped from PRODINFO.
Is it even possible to get a master key anymore?

Not only disable, but you can just see it, if you need to leave PC in place.
Possibly for parents to block purchases, if the payment methods are registered?
