Hacking NeoRame´s BackupLauncherChannel Wii-ish Update

i have a v3.3 wii and im getting that error #002 blue screen with a back up game . i installed the backup wad but im still getting the error . am i doing anything wrong

Does this work with Call of Duty: Black ops?
I installed the channel, had the disk in, loaded the channel, and it gave me the blue screen 002 error.
Then I tried putting in my other black ops disk (The non-original *wink wink*) and then I went to the disk channel and it asks me to do a system update (I was already on v4.3U)

HELP! Should I update?
