so for the past few hours whenever i go to the homebrew channel and boot up mymenuify, the wiimote disconnects and i have to force shut down my wii. for context all the software is up to date (just installed it today) and my wiimote is rvl-003 (its a regular wiimote, not motion plus.) i would really like some help on this so if you know any possible solutions please help!

Maybe delete the Wii remote in Wii settings and then pair again. Check for full Batteries.
Alternative try the " Homebrew sorter" app for Wii. Its the same but with additional sorting features.

Do you have a non-motion plus wiimote?

Which homebrew are you trying to run?

Wii or Wii U?

Try update HBC, and the IOS your HBC uses.
It could be a outdated driver, patched IOS while IOS does not need a patch, could be an update of the wii(u) stubbing an IOS.
If none of these help, it could be your wiimote is dying, or the Bluetooth module of your wii(u).
