tested my incomplete download by accident.
I know this has probably been answered many a time before, but when I try to use the unnofficial firmware, it just says, Fatal error then proceeds to tell me to backupfiles and change the format to Fat 32 which it already is. Or can anyone provide a answer from someone else? Please?

About Touch & Slide Controls</b>
タッチペンで開きたいファイルにタッチし、そのまま右方向にスライドすることで選択したファイルを開くことができます。
By touching a file and sliding the stylus to the right, you can open the selected file.
また、左方向にスライドすることでもファイルを開くなどの操作をすることができます。
Also, by sliding to the left you can open the file as well as perform other functions.
フォルダについてもファイルと同様に操作することができます。
These same controls also apply to folders.

It would seem illogical to have the previous video/song key to be L+Up when the next video/song is L+Right. Another reason i think that the Previous Video/song key should be L+Left is because the character '左' means left and '右' means right in chinese.

I could only find the one error you pointed out, but if there really are "several" errors, please bring them to my attention and I will fix them.
Dayamn, you're fast! Looks really good, except that I've been going through the translation fixing errors ever since I posted it, and if you look at Page 05 you'll notice that I changed some things. A lot of this information comes from the M3 Sakura website, which I already translated a while back. Since a lot of the work has already been done, I was able to get this finished faster than I thought. But I copied and pasted some stuff from the website into this translation, hence the small discrepancies. I'm still fixing some stuff, so you might want to hold off on it for just a little bit longer. Thanks though, your Photoshop skillz are top-notch (at least, much better than what I can say for myself)!

You could make the translation credit more discreet, like on the bottom of the very last page in small black print, or not even put it in at all, I really don't mind. I appreciate the sentiment though
My skills aren't that great; I just happen to know and have what fonts were originally used (in this case, DFPMaruGothic-Lt and MS UI Gothic), or at least something close to them. I may end up just writing text next to some of the Japanese in diagrams, especially for the media player. I appreciate your gratitude, although if someone can better remove text from a textured background such as on the front cover I wouldn't be surprised if they go through all of the pages as well. In any case, just give the word and I'll resume my work here.

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one
I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version
@Sicklyboy I am wanting to fully change the game and bend it to my will lol. I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!
I really would like to make a hack that I would enjoy playing, and maybe other people would too. swapping to the EU version would also mean my US friends could not legally play it
I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
