Ive Been trying to Find an answer for past 2 weeks, is it able to overclock gpu or cpu? Ive seen a guy doing it but there arent any tutorials on how to do it

I haven't seen any, sorry. I think if you research how minute works you may be able to pull it off though.

Look up de_fuse, you can overclock the gpu. The extra heat will definitely be bad for the console, unless you mod it with better fan & heatsink. So, ymmv.
